Edge of the Greens captures the meeting point between land and sea along the North Coast - where the neat edge of the golf course gives way to rock, movement, and open water. The reference came from a quiet pause on a drive along the North Atlantic Way, watching waves crash below while my husband and daughter finished ice cream in the car.

The painting holds that contrast between order and wildness: bright greens giving way to broken rock and shifting water. The brushwork is energetic in places, softer in others, mirroring the push and pull of the waves against the shore.
